How can I tell what warehouse an item ships from?
Unless an item is out of stock, each item will state that it usually ships within a certain number of business days from either New Kensington, PA, Johnson City, TN, Sparks, NV or Atlanta, GA. TIP: What I do is take 4 pieces of paper and write a warehouse location at the top of each page to keep track of each warehouse purchase.

Want to place a gift order?
The packing slips should not contain the price of the item, only the quantity shipped. However, the e-mail that is sent will contain the price. So be sure to put your own e-mail address on the order to make sure you get the e-mail confirmation of your purchase – and then just wait for the gift to arrive at the recipient’s house. You could also manually e-mail the recipient to alert them that something is on the way for them. Alternately, you may want to consider purchasing a gift certificate. (See the gift certificate link at the top of the store.)

Canadians: Discounted shipping to Canada - GST Free for our Canadian customers, saving you even more money! Avoid border fees with AIM shipping. When checking out there will be two options. One is AIM (Canada Express); the second will be UPS. As long as UPS is not chosen, there will be no border fees. Important: Be sure your shipping country is set to Canada.

United Kingdom: Discounted shipping rates to the United Kingdom featuring Airmail and Fedex. Fully customs cleared with our own VAT information. As little as 50¢ per order, plus $6.00 USA per pound of weight.

Other countries: We now also ship to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, and Switzerland.
